Marketplace Operations Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluent in English and comfortable speaking on the phone with Amazon Seller Support representatives on a regular basis. Frequently case resolution is only achieved via multiple phone calls.
  • A quick learner, problem solver and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable pushing Seller Support to give you more information and getting them to go “off script” (don’t take no for an answer)

Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor all inbound ocean and air freight shipments to ensure an on-time delivery and report on any delays.
  • Update internal stakeholders on shipment statuses.
  • Document and track pick up delays by carrier and shipping lane.
  • Upload shipping documents to transportation portals for easy accessibility.
  • Coordinate deliveries with drayage providers to 3 PL warehouse locations throughout the United States.
  • Report on expected number of weekly deliveries to each DC.

Qualifications:

Corporate Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The role must be able to understand Valuation Models – DCF and Comparable Valuation Techniques; capable of doing excel based financial modeling for P&L, Cashflows and balance sheet projections; conduct PPT presentations on the capital raising and M&A deals and be part of a team that works on various corporate finance deals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates in BS in either Finance / Accounting / Management Engineering or Economics.
  • Must have 4-6 years’ experience in financial modeling and assisting senior corporate finance team in deal executions.
  • Must have background in doing corporate finance and preferably who has worked for PWC, EYP or SGV.
